제11회 대한축구협회 인증 Players’ Agent 자격 시험 공고

 

대한축구협회는 FIFA Players’ Agent 규정에 의거 제11회 대한축구협회 인증 Players' Agent 자격시험을 다음과 같이 실시합니다.    1. 자격 요건  □ 대한민국을 국적으로 하거나, 최소 2년 이상 한국에 주소를 두고 거주한 자 □ FIFA, 대륙연맹, 축구협회, 모든 구단(프로/아마추어 포함) 및 그 연관 단체의 직원이 아니거나 현재 관련이 없는 자 □ 금고이상의 형을 받은 경력이 없는 자 □ 만 20세 이상으로 한정치산자, 금치산자가 아닌 자.   □ 현직 대한축구협회장, 대한축구협회 이사, K리그 구단 사장(또는 단장) 중 1인의 추천을 받은 자. □ 아래 2번 항목의 모든 지원 서류를 제출한 자. □ 아래 5번 항목의 시험 응시료를 완납한 자.   ※  과거 시험 불합격자(재응시자)의 경우, 시험 응시자격이 FIFA 선수 에이전트 규정 제 3장 8조 13항, 14항에 따라 응시자격이 제한될 수 있음 ※ 자격 요건 미비 사항 발견 시, 시험 응시 자격 상실, 추후 발견되면 합격 취소 및 자격 취소   2. 지원 서류  □ 시험 지원서 (여권용 사진부착) (다운로드 받기) □ 국문 자기 소개서 (A4 크기 용지 사용, 최소 200자) (다운로드 받기) □ 영문 자기 소개서 (A4 크기 용지 사용, 국문과 주요 내용을 동일하게 할 것) (다운로드 받기) □ 주민 등록 등본 1부 □ 현직 대한축구협회장, 대한축구협회이사, K리그 구단 사장(또는 단장) 중 1인의 추천서 (다운로드 받기) □ 범죄 경력 조회서 1부 (거주지 관할 경찰서 민원실에서 발급 가능)  ※ 상기 지원 서류가 1개라도 누락 시 응시 자격 상실   3. 시험응시 지원기한 : 2011년 9월 15일(목) 오후 6시까지 접수분에 한함  □ 보낼주소 : 서울 종로 신문로 2가 1-131 축구회관 6층 국제국 선수에이전트 담당자 □ 응시자 명단 공고 : 9월 19일(월) 오후 5시 대한축구협회 홈페이지 (http://www.kfa.or.kr) 공고 □ 유의사항 l  축구협회 현장 방문 접수는 불가 (원칙적으로 받지 않음) l  접수 시 별도의 접수증은 없으며 응시자 명단 공고 시 접수 사실과 수험번호를 공고하므로 9월 19일(월) 명단 공고 시 본인 이름이 응시자 명단에 있는지 반드시 확인 요망 l  9월 15일(목)까지 응시료 입금이 안되었을 경우 응시자 명단에서 제외되고 응시불가 (5항 응시료 부분 참고)   4. 시험 요강  □ 대상 : 응시자 명단 공고에 기재된 전원 □ 시험일시 : 2011년 9월 29일(목) 오전 10시 (시험시간 60분)                  à 9시 50분까지 입실하지 못하면 응시할 수 없음 □ 시험장소 : 서울로얄호텔 (호텔 홈페이지 http://www.royal.co.kr/aboutroyal/main3.php 약도 참고) □ 준비물 : 신분증(주민증, 운전면허증, 여권만 신분증으로 인정) □ 과목   FIFA 규정 Ÿ   FIFA Statutes, as adopted at the Congress in Zurich on 1 June 2011 Ÿ   Regulations Governing the Application of the FIFA Statutes, as adopted at the Congress in Zurich on 1 June 2011 Ÿ   FIFA Regulations on the status and transfer of players, edition 2010, including the Annexes (1 to 5) Ÿ   Rules for the Status and Transfer of Futsal Players, Annex 6 of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players Ÿ   FIFA Players' Agents Regulations, edition 2008, including the Annexes 1, 2 and 3 Ÿ   Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players' Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber, edition 2008 Ÿ   FIFA Disciplinary Code, edition 2011, First Title: Chapter 1, Section 1 to 6, and Chapter II, Section 8 Ÿ   Circulars and any annexes as follows:            - No.792: Coordinated International Match Calendar            - No.1125: Revised FIFA Players' Agents Regulations            - No.1147: Eligibility to play for representative teams                      Article 15-18 of the Regulations Governing the Application of the FIFA Statutes            - No.1148: Revised Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players' Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber            - No.1160: Revised FIFA Players' Agents Regulations            - No.1190: Revised Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players-Protection of Minors            - No.1200: Amendments to the FIFA Statutes and to the Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes             - No.1206: Revised Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players – Protection of minors            - No.1209: Protection of minors            - No. 1228: International match calendar – amended dates             - No.1233: Amended Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players and reviewed Rules Governing the Procedures of the Players’ Status Committee and the Dispute Resolution Chamber          - No.1249: Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players – training compensation and the categorisation of clubs – No.1264: FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players – Categorisation of clubs and registration periods   ※ 참고 1. 상기 FIFA 규정은 오역 등의 문제를 막기 위하여 FIFA의 영문 지침 그대로 게시함 2. 상기 FIFA 규정은 아래 FIFA 홈페이지에서 다운로드 가능  http://www.fifa.com/aboutfifa/officialdocuments/doclists/laws.html http://www.fifa.com/aboutfifa/organisation/footballgovernance/circularletters.html   국내 규정   Ÿ   대한축구협회 정관 (다운로드 받기) Ÿ   프로축구 선수단 관리 규칙 / 프로경기 경기 심판 규정 (심판부분 출제 제외) (다운로드 받기) Ÿ   분쟁조정규정 (다운로드 받기) Ÿ   민법 (계약 관계 및 개인권리의 기본원칙)   ※ 참고 1. 협회 홈페이지에서 다운로드 가능 (민법제외)  □ 시험과목 및 배점   Ÿ   FIFA 국제 규정 : 15문항 Ÿ   국내 규정 및 민법 : 5문항 Ÿ   모두 객관식임        * 합격자 발표는 10월 4일(화) 협회 홈페이지에 공고 예정  □ 배점 기준 : 문제당 1점 (총 20점)   5. 응시료 : ￦ 70,000 (금 칠만원정)  □ 입금계좌 : 111-910004-81404 (하나은행, 예금주 : 대한축구협회) □ 유의사항 : Ÿ   9월 15일(목)까지 입금한 응시자만 시험자격 인정    → 입금 확인을 위하여 반드시 응시자 본인 이름으로 입금할 것 Ÿ   응시료 납부 후에는 환불이 안됨
